You might want to check my blog, I might have written something new there. Then again, maybe not. ;-}

I started studying and experimenting with what I'll call the esoteric psychologies when I was eleven years old, and the topic has been my first love and devoted interest during all the years since. I think I can reasonably say that I'm a world class expert on the subject, both in theory, and in practice.
I used to teach, but I don't much anymore. But I'm always happy to talk about the stuff, esotericism, mind/brain, and whatnot.
A while back I got enlightened, which is one of the theoretical goals of esoteric practice. Well, I call it enlightenment, perhaps it's not, but whatever it is, it's fairly interesting, and I think it has to be put on the “enlightenment shelf”, alongside nirvana/nibbana, samadhi, satori, moksha/freedom, and all the other traditional models of an enlightenment, both eastern and western.
I'm always happy to talk about it, altho talking about it is, in general, a waste of time, and not something to be done with expectations. Enlightenment doesn't seem to be something to worry about, or to seek, or to desire. It doesn't change anything. Isn't that funny. ;-]
I built the Telesterion website first in 1999, I don't update it very much, it's design is outdated, and only a portion of the content is at all worthwhile.
I'm working on an updated version using a wordpress blog as the index page. But not very hard. (Note: I did actually update the site a bit… this is the new version.)
The Telesterion website
I'm blissfully married to a wonderful and extraordinary woman, whom I love a ridiculously large amount. I have an adult daughter from an earlier marriage, who is doing fine and seems happily adjusted despite her father's wierdness. I like cats. And I love living in the country on my tiny homestead.
I consider myself semi-retired. There are great and perhaps terrible times coming, and it's my job to observe them closely. While I'm doing that there's nothing that says I can't enjoy myself and have interesting conversations with people.
I sometimes talk about enlightenment and self-development in this pod:
Beyond Enlightenment
and about politics (I know, I know, but I'm studying it anyway…) here.
